Homeschooling

I frequently get asked, "How's homeschooling?" Here's a partial answer.

It's going well. William and Blaine do reading or math with Daddy in the morning before he goes to work (If they are willing). Then we play. Here is how William decided to play one morning:

First he made a knight costume, with very little help from me. This is a special knight costume because when there's danger the knight can hide inside of his armor (like a turtle hiding in his shell).

Then he wanted to play with his friend, Alex, so he wrote him a letter to tell him.
He asks for help with spelling on almost every word. He put the line over the 'o' in "hope" on his own to make it long.

It took awhile for Alex to come outside. In the meantime, William made a sword.

Yes, he likes knights. We recently finished reading the Narnia books to William, and Justin has started reading the Chronicles of Prydain to him.

Here are a couple more pictures of my boys, just for fun.
